Can anyone help me with the Seestar S30Pro's charge time? I have just received mine and I have been charging it for ~3h now and it still only flashes the third(from bottom to top) light. Also, how does it indicate it has been fully charged? 

I am new to Seestar products and I want to first have it fully charged before connecting to it for the first time as I assume there will be some software/firmware update(s) to be done during that initial connection.
