I have two ASI6200mm camera's, operated on linux via ZWOASI module

Gain 0, offset 50, binning 4x4, 200s dark :
- gives 100000 hot pixels at vlaue 32370,
- the other one gives 30000 pixels at around 40000

In binning 2x2 the problem seems not present.

At 30s dark does not have the problem either.

As I am on linux, not sure how to proceed ?
We have done the necessary power cycles (off power for 5m or so), it did not help
