hello, my Seestar does not want to charge
I brought it from the balcony, where the temperature is about -19-20 °C. I brought it to charge, but apparently because of the cold, it won't charge. How long should I wait, and will the telescope start charging itself when it is thermally stabilized?

Guys, I need your help with stack error
I can't stack the images successfully, I get the message "not enough stars". At the same time, I have clear, cloudless weather and several stars in the image. What should I do to fix this?

seestar 50远程操作与定位的困扰与建议
seestar50多次更新固件和app后，功能也在不断完善，之前提过的问题也发现得到了重视，尤其是远程控制后，让操作不受距离的限制，确实很方便，但由此困扰的问题也来了，我习惯不拆卸的把seestar长期固定机位放置使用，初期拍摄寻星都是准确无误的，但使用了半个多月后就存在寻星异常，就连找太阳月亮这种大型明显球体都不准，甚至失败，跟技术客服沟通后，让我重新校准水平数据，校准后就又恢复正常了。那么问题来了，如果是频繁搬动导致每次使用位置偏差，或三脚架的每次收纳导致水平位不能一致，那么引起这个需要定期校准我是能理解和接受的，但我的设备从来没挪动过，一直保持原地，原水平位，而且能持续半个月左右的正常使用，但再往后就出现了寻星失败，需要校准水平数据，这匪夷所思，由此引发的另一个问题就是，远程控制不能持续稳定的使用，那该功能就大打折扣了。开发者是否能解决这问题。其次，目前可以远程关机，能不能实现远程开机？若是这两个问题都能很好解决，以后远程控制这个功能将会有很大使用空间，也能合理节能。

Anomaly Captured When Photographing Horsehead Nebula, Can Anyone Explain?
Hi, Amateur user of Seestar S50 here, I was taking the Horsehead Nebula using my Seestar device, it was at a playground. I was monitoring my phone screen the entire time, 16 Minutes into exposure, I looked away for about 10-20 seconds I looked back at my screen and this strange line appeared almost out of nowhere, I have confirmed that there's no object blocking the camera, and the device hasn't been accidentally moved during the process (otherwise other "stars" would've been moving as well), I thought it was a satellite or meteor, but the line just stops there, and if you look closer, there's actually two lines connected to two different stars, coming to a meeting point just above the Horsehead Nebula (another star?), I waited for a few more minutes (3-4 mins) to see if the line would progress but it doesn't, anyone saw similar things? Is it just a glitch with the device? #HorseHeadNebula# #anomaly# #UFO#

In how cold have you used your seestar?
So, in how cold have you used and has there been any problems, breaking plastic etc. I,ve been using couple of times in about -17'C with powerbank for about 4-5 hours without any problems. I know manual says that -10'c the limit

Using Seestar for photometry - my problem
Hello! Has anyone used Seestar for photometry? I tried and then I wanted to perform transformation from Seestar "photometric system" to Johnson-Cousins, I even wrote a program for it. But when I wanted to "split" Seestar data for data in Seestar's R, G and B filters in Muniwin and performed photometry (instrumental magnitudes) I received the same lightcurve for each filter... Brightness in R was the same as in G and B... Maybe if it is impossible to distinguish these Seestar's "filters"? But I could do exact same process for my Canon R7... I don't know where is the problem :(

Hey guys, I have another question. What faint and little-known objects can be seen in Seestar S50, including faint supernova remnants?

Is the seestar mount EQ worth it?
I have just pre ordered the seestar s30 Pro my first smart telescope pumped to use it but while I was waiting I was thinking if I should go ahead and get the eq mount from the seestar website does anyone know if it is truely worth it and if it does make a big difference or not, any responses help thank you. Needed feature on Seestar for lazy astro enthusiasts or newbies 😄
It would be great to have a filter for finding deep-sky objects based on certain conditions—for example, objects near a selected point or within a specific RA (Right Ascension) range. It could also help identify interesting objects in specific directions, like to the east, west, northeast, or southwest. Something like the 'search nearby' function on Google Maps. Any thoughts on this?
