People dosent know the difference between AI post processing (typical blurrX noiseX and so on) and chat gpt (or whichever LLM). There are still plenty of AI generated images being posted. 

Puting an image in any generative AI and say please donoise this image is not post processing! 

If you want to learn processing, there is awesome free tools and ressources out there. If not, please do not lie about it and be lucid that images after being "processed" by generative AI are not yours anymore. Even if you spend 10h integrating a target, you could have fed the AI a piece of wood and ended up with a picture of a DSO...
