My latest capture of Messier 78, a reflection nebula in the constellation Orion, widely known for its dynamic colours and structures. In December 2025, I decided to make this one of my bigger projects, and I can proudly announce that this image contains over 20 hours of data, shot with two very different filters: the Optolong L-eXtreme for Hydrogen-alpha and Oxygen III data, and the Optolong UV/IR Cut filter for broadband data.
